Cancelling.

Cancel where you subscribed. Access runs to the end of the paid period and your data stays yours.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your plan, history and records stay readable and exportable afterwards. Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed.

App Store (iPhone, iPad)

  1. Open Settings on the device, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
  2. Tap Loadout Solo, then Cancel Subscription.

Or open the App Store app, tap your profile picture, then Subscriptions. Apple confirms the cancellation and the date your access ends. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Google Play (Android)

  1. Open the Google Play app, tap your profile picture, then Payments and subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
  2. Tap Loadout Solo, then Cancel subscription.

Google confirms the cancellation. Refunds for Google Play purchases are requested through Google Play's order history.

Web billing

If you subscribed on this site, sign in and open Settings. Under Subscription, Manage subscription opens the billing portal where you can cancel, change plan or update the card.

Deleting your account

Deleting the account (Settings, bottom of the page) removes your data but does not cancel a store subscription on its own: Apple and Google keep billing until you cancel there too. Cancel first, then delete.

Your 14-day right to cancel a web purchase

If you bought through our web checkout you have 14 days from the day you subscribed to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The service starts immediately with your consent at checkout, which means the right ends once the digital content has been supplied; the terms explain exactly how that works. To exercise it, send us any clear statement: email privacy@loadoutsolo.com, use the contact form, or send the model cancellation form from the terms. We confirm by email and refund within 14 days by the method you paid with.

Something wrong?

If you cannot find the subscription in your store account, you may have subscribed with a different Apple ID or Google account, or on the web. Contact us with the email on your Loadout account and we will find it.
